About Art:

The artist, who sees life as an art, focuses on discovering the various existences that nature and living things exhibit under different conditions. Every corner of the planet we live in offers different details and unique photographic frames that these details contain. The artist emphasizes that the individual’s world is shaped by focusing on these details. When he stepped into the art of photography, he set out with the question “I wonder if my world will attract people’s attention?” Over time, he realized that his passion for photography helped him overcome his fears and break down his prejudices. The art of photography introduced the artist to people from different socio-cultural profiles and led him to new discoveries. The artist, who discovered the power of art that transcends borders, began to send his works to international competitions. The artist, who stepped into the art of photography late, continues on his way with a unique style.

During the pandemic period, the artist participated in the Father’s Day Mixed Virtual Exhibition of the Perce Art Exhibition Group, and also presented “Gülçin & Antandros” in the “Faces of Edremit” project of the Edremit Photography and Cinema Art Association (EDFOD). She took part in the project titled “Visual Stories from My Homeland” organized by the Turkish Photographic Art Federation (TFSF) nationwide with her documentary story about “A Woman Cooking at Weddings”. She participates in various exhibitions under the EDFOD, of which she is a member.

The artist was interested in crafts such as tile and rug weaving as well as photography, but his encounter with photography changed his life radically.
