About Me

I was born in Uzunköprü. I am from Havran on my mother’s side and Şarkikaraağaç on my father’s side.
After living in various cities due to my father’s civil service, we settled in Edremit in 1996. I am the mother of 1 boy.
I have been working as an officer in the Police Department for 32 years.
I did high mountaineering until 2016. I still do nature walks in the mountains.
My interest in photography started in my 20s, but my desire to learn how to shoot professionally started in 2012 on the Lycian trail and when photo sharing was just starting on Instagram in 2012, I had the opportunity to meet photographers from many cities. While looking at hundreds of photos every day and trying to learn shooting techniques, I bought myself a camera. It was in 2014 that I started to become a family with Edremit Photography and Cinema Art Association (EDFOD) and received my first training. As EDFOD, we became an association and grew our family. My photos were exhibited in many mixed exhibitions before and after becoming an association. I do not have a personal exhibition yet.
